Oak Alley is possibly the most photogenic of the Old River Road plantations because of the avenue of 28 live oaks that lead up to the plantation house.
The food is incredible. I recommend the oysters at Drago's, the softshell crab po'boys at Stanley Restaurant, or Sunday brunch at Cafe du Monde where you can enjoy a beignet & coffee.
